Let's face it, the current GM/Coach regime have lasted longer than they would have with MANY other organizations. I do believe Fisher was hired and retained with the move back to LA in the forefront of Kroenke's mind. Given all of that, I think to keep the LA area interested, the Rams NEED to win in the next few seasons. I don't think they want to open the league's greatest stadium in 2019, coming off another losing season. Fisher has a proven record of mediocrity. Obviously, we are all hoping for a big jump in record this year. But....................

If the Rams fail to even hit 8-8 again this year, is Fisher sent packing? Does Snead go with them? Obviously, the records have been disappointing. What in your minds warrant retaining this regime or dismissal?
