I agree 100%, when Fisher took over the Rams they were simply one of the least talented teams I had ever seen in 40+ years of watching the NFL. I think there were 20+ players that Fisher cut that NEVER got another look in the NFL. That is simply pathetic. Fisher has been pretty decent when he had a competent QB at the helm.
