The Rams were a hot mess when Fisher and Snead came onboard. Fisher was brought here to build the talent base on the roster and he and Snead have done that. What they have not had is quarterback they can depend on. Now, maybe they do. So, we shall see.

Yes, the Rams were a hot mess when S&F came on board. No question.
But Fisher was NOT brought here to build the talent base. He was brought here to win football games.
Building the talent base is but a means to that end. And only one of those means, at that. We shouldn't confuse achieving a means with achieving the ultimate goal.
And btw, I give Snead the lion's share of credit for building the talent base, anyway.
I watched Hard Knocks, too. Clearly Fisher is aware that a 7, 8, or 9 win season is just not gonna be enough. 'Bout time that that is his focus.
He's gonna get his chance this 5th year, thanks to a patient Kroenke. Let's hope he gets it done.
Otherwise, then I agree with max and many others. It would be time to move on by finding our own Bruce Arians type.
