And getting better of course he needs to improve but the Rams could be a lot worse off without him.

It was nice to see him work hard this off season and improve his game and he has a tough task every single day in practice going against Quinn and Sims.

Lets not forget this is season 3 for him and he is only 23 years old, hard to believe but this guy has a decade left in front of him still and he will be the Rams LT until he retires.

He hasnt played as well as anyone wanted or would expect, but the improvement started late last season and then he put in the work this off season with Bentley so the work ethic and talent are there.

The Rams have him locked up for 3 more years including this one should they choose to keep him locked in.
