There's just too much we don't know yet... Well at least IMO 
. What if he comes in and just kills it and then the following week he gets a couple of series with the starters and again just nails it?
So much can change over the course of the next 5 weeks. Personally I hope he kills it. I want him to start right away and have it be because he has exceeded expectations.
If it takes him longer so be it... But I'm hoping it doesn't
