What if Rams now have a ‘Bobby Wagner Effect’, too?
To go along with the existing ‘Jalen Ramsey Effect’?
Each ‘Effect’ reinforcing the other two? I think that we’re going to see exactly that this season.
I’ve been re-watching some Ram games from earlier in the ‘21 season and couldn’t help noticing how QB’s were abusing our ILB corps, mostly Reeder. Sorta painful to watch.
But no more this season. I don’t envy opposing OC’s and QB’s trying to figure out how to attack this current Ram D.
As an aside, it is my hope that one or more of our DB’s can beat out Rapp for a starting position. If that happens then I think that this D could become smothering and a perfect complement to a very potent O.
