Seahawk defender just lowered his head straight into the 9er ball carrier, glanced off his helmet, and then into the ball, causing fumble.

No call. Seahawks ball on the recovery.

This call was apparently invented just to cover the NFL's legal and PR a$$, and is now routinely ignored by the officials.
