I agree......Rams would have signed and sealed Jones already, but they did that with Gurley and it backfired.
Rams do not want a knee issue again, so Jones is a play the year out and prove your knee is fine, then we will dish out the $$$$$ you want.
Jones will play out his contract, or he will be traded....Simple.
It helps the Rams to know they have players behind him that are ready to play and be just as good, or even better!
