I agree with the ide that Evans is on the bubble, but how is he supposed to have these breakout plays with no game planning and backup blockers?
The author didn't mention his good yardage on a swing pass in the flat where he could use his speed.
He may not make the top 4, but maybe he is on the practice squad and could be brought up later.
He could be a real weapon. There's a reason the Rams traded up for him.
