The Texans have Mills, Case Kenum & Tim Boyle besides the ROY QB C.J. Stroud. IMO, with maybe a conditional draft choice I could see this trade. Mills played at Stanford, so getting him up to speed should not be difficult, plus I believe he would be a long term solution to backup Stafford. Rams will have join practices with the Texans next week and play them in the final preseason game.
