What do you do with a guy who misses easy TD but then gets a TD?

Sorry, all this moxy talk is fine. Sure, kid's got moxy. But he's not going to be an NFL QB
when you missed a game-winning TD like this against 34d/4th string defense.

Yeah. great individual effort to extend a play that should have been a TD
I was all for giving him a chance and will not say all 4 INTs were on him. And I liked that McVay gave
him a second chance when some people wanted him gone already.
But growing forward --- he cannot miss this kind of play in the NFL, even if you save the kid
from the burning building --one that you started the fire in.
