I knew Phillips was nothing but trouble plus they drafted Kennison because he was bigger and able to return punts, but I watched a ton of Harrison at Syracuse and knew he was the quintessential "Smooth Operator." Steve Ortmayer & Rich Brooks blew it bigtime.
