Rams' second round pick could be anywhere from 33 to 64.
And how it is valued is from the next year to the current it it's either a 64 (the worst possible) or maybe given a round discount .. so if it's a middle 2nd then it's valued presently as a middle 3rd. the reality is it could be, like you say, a 33 if Rams have worst NFL record.
I have seen it done both ways.
But when we see that Rams "overpaid" because of that the DVC's say so and they ignore intangibles .... so agree with you. Probably a good trade. Worth the risk, anyway.
