My best guess: the Rams think a young arm won't help them win a SB in the next 3 years.

Chances are they won't have to use a QB2 in the first two weeks.

And as IowaRam alluded to, if the Rams really want a young arm they'll pick one up after the draft (or even when cut downs take place).

If by 'young arm' you mean 'QB of the future' ... it appears the Rams are looking to win now, not in 2027. (Although I don't think they'd mind winning in 2027, either.)
