Harbaugh/Chargers trade Herbert and draft JJ McCarthy - now that would be a surprise

Harbaugh really knows the kid.

If he really believes what he says about McCarthy, it would make sense to draft him (on rookie deal so can pack roster with others) and trade Herbert.
