Xavier Legette tops the group, he is a great KR, but I think he goes at the top of the 2nd, so a trade up scenario. He is a #2 with #1 potential as well with great size and physicality. Rumor has it Carolina promised to take him at 33. So yeah...
Ainias Smith and Malik Washington are in that draft range you like (3rd round) and are both excellent returners, but are smaller in stature and not #1 or #2 WRs.
Tyrone Tracy is a RB/WR from Purdue that should be available day 3 and is another great KR, I think he is more of a RB or #3 or 4 WR, or both.
Lastly is Xavier Worthy. He could be a #2 WR with his speed and he was an electric returner. He is going either late 1st to middle 2nd.
