I have a bunch, so 4 might be tough, edit: this got long...

In no real order:

1. Rome Odunze - WR - Wash. - 6'-3" 212 lbs. - A playmaker with good size and speed for the position, he's a constested catch monster. Bigtime redzone threat.
[ras.football]

His RAS score was 9.92 and 2nd best among WRs

It would take a massive trade up to secure him, but he is that big contested catch WR the Rams have been searching for. He is an excellent route runner, strong, dependable hands and is fast enough to win at all 3 levels. His contested catch rate last year was a ridiculous 75%. His PFF grade vs man was 89.5, so you press him, you lose. He only accounted for causing 15 missed tackles last year and his yards after the catch was only 5.6 yards. So I wish he was a bit more elusive and physical after the catch.

2. Max Melton - CB - Rutgers - 5'-11" 187 lbs. - Can play inside or out. Scheme diverse, but he seemed most comfortable in zone. Excellent ball skills. Run support is average.

Outside of the top 4 or 5 CBs, he was the most fun to watch on an almost unwatchable Rutgers team. He comes in 10th for RAS score with a 9.09. [ras.football]
His run score was great, his explosion numbers were elite, his agility score was OK. That's why I like him in zone coverage. His PFF zone coverage grade was 74.6. PFF also awarded him their most athletic CB over Quinyon Mitchell. He only allowed 24 catches on 44 targets and had 3 ints last year. 8 in the last 3 seasons so he has ball skills. Last year he filled the stat sheet with 32 tackles, 4 TFL with 1 sack, 3 INTs, 6 PBUs, FF.

In run support, I said he was average. Thats not because he is unwilling to stick his nose in there, its because he seems to take bad angles at times. I counted 2 in the game I saw. That is easily cleaned up, since the will is there. I have him in early round 3, but I can see him as high as early to mid round 2.

3. Jaylx Hunt - EDGE - Houston Christian - 6'-4" 252 lbs. - Long, explosive and relentless. Raw as he moved from SAF. Run defense is a work in progress.
[ras.football]

I wished I could see more of him, but the Senior Bowl was really, really good. His RAS score was 9.22 and good for 8th in the DE draft class. TO me, he has elite size for the Rams type of EDGE. His speed and explosion grades were elite, his agility was good. He explodes towards the target and has a variety of pass rush moves including a swipe or cross chop, a long arm amongst other moves. He is still raw, but he is super athletic, long, flexible with a high end motor and good IQ. His switch from Safety makes him comfortable in coverage as a bonus. He self compared himself to Brian Burns. That name should be familiar to Rams fans lol.

As a comparison to Chop Robinson. Lets take a look:
Robinson is 6'-3" 254 lbs with 32.5" arms, his 40/20/10 was 4.48/2.6/1.53,
Hunt is 6'-4" 252 lbs with 34.5" arms, his 40/20/10 was 4.64/2.68/1.6,

So almost identical, except Hunt is longer. That helps. Chop is faster, but not really quicker. Broad jumps where identical and both had elite high jumps, Hunt was 3" higher. Chops 4.25 shuttle was better than Hunt's 4.38.

Stats wise last season (I know, Big 10 to FCS)
Robinson - 140 pass rush snaps - 3 sacks, 5 QB hits, 18 hurries and 1 batted ball and a PFF overall score of 90.9
Hunt - 229 pass rush snaps - 8 sacks, 5 QB hits, 24 hurries and an PFF overall score of 83.4

There is some projection obviously with Hunt, but the same can be said with Robinson. But for different reasons. Hunt is still raw from a position switch. And came from the FCS. But he has proven he can get to the QB and more than held his own against FBSs best at the senior bowl. Robinson still has to prove he can be plus QB hunter. If I'm taking an Edge with upside and some projection, the 3rd round seems a heck of a lot more safe than 19 or 25 in the 1st round.

4. Tyrone Tracy Jr. - RB/WR - Purdue - 5'-11" 209 lbs. - 3 years at WR, his final year was at RB. He's shifty and elusive as a RB, and a matchup nightmare against LBers in the passing game. Lacks a HR gear. Whats his true position?
[ras.football]

9.78 RAS score (4th best among RBs). 4.46 40 time, 40: vert, 10' broad, 4.06 shuttle, and a 6.81 3 cone. All elite for a RB. As a WR he scores 9.60. Still elite.

Tracy rushed for 714 yards and forced 46 missed tackles (114 attempts) in his first full season at running back. He led all Big Ten rushers in forced missed tackle rate and averaged 4.4 yards after contact (third). And the Big 10 had a bunch of excellent RBs. Just think of hiw good he could be with some actual experience. His 0.40 Forced Missed Tackles per attempt was 2nd this year only to M. Lloyd.

His Gap running grade was 89.8 compared to his zone running grade of 80.6. Both very good. But with the Rams new approach to running, he is an absolute fit for the Rams. Plus he can be used out as a WR, actually running routes or on jet sweeps. He also added an excellent 23.1% explosive run rate (97th percentile). We could use an explosive backup RB. And at 210 lbs. its easy to project him up to 215 to 220 as he trains as a RB more than a WR.

Anyhow. Those are mine.
