No I don't agree that we should forget about Evans. Kyren was a late round nobody and suddenly emerged.
I also don't think we need a speed WR at all. We have one. Tutu. Puka is also fast enough. So is Kupp. DR is quick.
If we want to add an offensive player I think we could like Bowers. We could also nab a LOT.
Otherwise, I see us going D early and often. We need a DE, edge, ILB. We could use a new CB. I would prioritize these positions if the talent is there.
I really agree with the best player available theory. I would go with need in case of ties.
Our biggest need is probable a placekicker. We need a PR/KR too.
