I think Verse is suited fine as a 3-4 backer. As for Sweat, the Rams defense seems to be in a transition (prioritizing the secondary over the line). I dunno what things they keep the same vs what they change.
Verse is a beast, I give you that. and he's got the right size and I would not be mad if they took him. In fact, would be happy. But it's my view that he;s not as sure a thing as Turner.
Verse, to me, is more like a Bosa or Garrett, poor man's version, than a poor man's Von Miller. But, look, it's college tape -- no one knows, there are so many busts --- but there is at least some doubt as to Verse as a cover.
Sweat? I think he has to play nose tackle and will offer little pass rush.
If Sweat and Fiske were on the board, I'd take Fiske ten of ten times. That's what I mean, for a 2nd rounder ... anyway. Sweat would fit
maybe Patriots scheme ... Ravens ... Rams need guys who more mobile.
