Yeah it's simply a great draft.
Might have taken a LB instead of 2 CBs but I really like both CBs ... and LBs can slide right off the board real easy.
maybe he's buig and all that, but how much moving around do Rams want on DL and OLBer?
One-the-job training can work, but Rams have a nose tackle already - a decent one in BBIII. Sweat not a DE ... do you have to move
BBIII?
I don't know answer --- good football players can play football ... so does not have to be perfect, but a DE in the 3-4/5-1 has to have some movement
they don't play 2-gap.
Verse, I am sure can be moved to OLBer ... but it's something he does not do, from what I've seen. he's a DE in a 4-man line, and that is what Rams are in a lot of the time but one of their nickel defenses is a 5-1, so he's got to cover some.
There are guys who have done it in college who are good rushers, too.
Just saying ... also, will he even be there at 19?
I agree with you on CBs, I get one with one of first 4 ... someone who can play if our BC or FC goes down. Unless we want that to be Kendrick.
Also, anything after 3rd round has a small chance of being a great player anyway. It happens, Puka is an example, but elite players, most of the time gone from top few rounds.
need a corner on Day 2 at latest.
