When/how do the Rams obtain Stafford's replacement?
The Packers seem to have figured out a fairly smart/cheap way by drafting a first rounder even when not needed for a few years.
There is also the Chief's method of figuring out a stud QB you want and trading up to get him. Caleb stays home in LA for 3 firsts? McCarthy?

I think all 6 top QBs will be gone before pick 19 this year, but what if Penix or Nix is there at 19?
Would it shock anyone if the Rams took Penix or Nix at 19?

If not this year, when/how should the Rams get Stafford's replacement?

I know there are big needs on DL, WR, CB/S and LB still, but when will another arm like Penix show up?
