This project is gargantuan

Particularly in the shadows of some very prosperous neighborhoods.

I suspect that they'll quickly knockout some of the amenities, but will start out with trailers to host their meeting rooms.
Questions remain about lighting, and of course, parking, restroom, etc. for not just the team, but hopefully for fans attending practices.
