I couldn't get past this one:

The Colts can’t pass up adding a late third-rounder to trade back just four spots, where they can still draft Nate Wiggins or the other CB the Rams didn’t pick.

If the Colts can move back to 19 and kick one of those 2 CBs then why couldn't the Rams do the same thing at 19 and keep their draft capital?
