If we need him vs SF he is guaranteed to have the game of his life. And outside of that we are better now at QB2 than we've been for a very long time. So I am looking forward to seeing him play in preseason and hopefully he plays great so it'll be fresh in the minds of whatever teams lose their QB early in the season. This increases the odds of us garnering a nice pick in that 2025 draft from some desperate team.
