It makes no sense to sign a guy with his injury history to anything but an incentive laden prove-it deal.
If some team wants to do otherwise and roll the dice, then let them. Rams shouldn't and won't because they can fill CB with a high draft pick.
Look at who he's visiting next. Any chance the Titans or the Giants are actual playoff material? Small at best. If he just wants the most money with the best deal and doesn't much care where he gets it, that's fine. There's a reason these FAs the Rams picked up at good value signed on. They want to play on a good team with serious playoff and Superbowl chances.
