Now I realize how great he was for the Rams, however, the cloud every year was becoming a distraction. I thought he would play through his contract, but he had enough and the Rams have to move on. Would the promotion of DL Coach Eric Henderson to DC instead of Chris Shula kept Donald for another year? It is possible, but the best person should get the job, however, if it was close that could have been the deciding factor.
