Look closely at the ring finger on the left hand. It's twice the thickness it should be and bent unnaturally toward the middle finger. I bet it's broken.
When I've had fingers pulled out of joint they didn't swell like that. Bust one, and it puffs right up. Breks hurt - but not as bad as pulling out of joint. Out of joint can sometimes be popped right back in again. Breaks take a while to heal.
