I don't get the obsession with Wentz. Feels like the Rams fan community talks about him more than anyone else. He doesn't even crack most of the top 10 QB free agent lists I've seen. Is he really that much of a superior option than, say, Jimmy G?

Sorry I could not disagree more. Wentz is bigger & stronger then Garoppolo and both having durability issues, but Wentz proved he can run and extend plays superior to Garoppolo. IMO, Wentz is the perfect compliment to Stafford as the Rams can win with him regardless of being in the regular season or post season. On top of that, I believe Garoppolo's confidence is shaken after the epic fail in Las Vegas.
