just 4mil.Lavonte David is another vet LB I hope the Rams are looking at -
just 5mil.You win Super Bowls with HOF players like these two and they can be past their prime - Whitworth, Miller, Ramsey, Weddle.
This type of player
brings a lot more to the table than just ability - ask Ernest Jones.
David and Wagner are still very good and would be coaches on the field/great for the locker room.
Tyron Smith is in this catergory (HOF/leader), except he is still near the very top of his talents.
There is always a fear of signing a "bust" in FA - there are numerous examples.
With Smith/Wagner/David, you are guaranteed no bust - everyone knows them/they will play like they've always played.
