That's not going to be a very popular move in their locker room.

Armstead was a team captain/leader, a fan favorite and a community helper award winner.

Not on the same level (nobody is), but would be like us cutting AD because he wouldn't take a cut.

Armstead would be a great signing for the Rams if a reasonable deal could be reached.
