There is a video on youtube about OL that have run the shuttle in 4.47 seconds or less in the last 15 years?
Apparently 85%? of them go on to have productive NFL careers, some great careers.
This doesn't mean they're all going to the HOF, but is one more evaluation tool, especially when you get to those 6th and 7th round picks/UDFA.
OL this year under or close to 4.47 in the shuttle with last 2 years PFF grade:
(66/74) - Tanor Bortolini4.28 - he moves well, as the 4.28 shuttle suggests. When he gets stronger, he will be solid pro.

(81/69) - Dominick Puni 4.40 - he's not lasting until the 5th or 6th - I'm thinking 3rd or 4th, maybe 2nd

(69/77) - Jarrett Kingston4.47 - don't know ???
(65/71) - Brady Latham4.47 - don't know ???
(78/81) - Drake Nugent4.50
(75/83) - Christian Mahogany 4.53
(84/81) - Cooper Beebe4.61
They were also fastest in the 3 cone. Which tells us they are good movers and may just need strength to become good or great OL.
By the way Jason Kelce, I believe has the shuttle record for OL at 4.14 !?!?!? He could move pretty good and had a pretty good career - lol
Also by the way, Joe Alt ran 7.31 in the 3 cone at 6'8" / 321 lbs!! The record as stated above for any sized lineman is 7.16
