Yeah it would seem much of the interview would be focused on Staley's ability to scheme around the existing players, but if he is as intelligent as the Rams rumors have claimed I imagine he'd be willing to dive into a change in fronts and adjust accordingly. In other words I agree they are not switching to a 3-4 but I don't think that's a deal breaker.
Hope you're right about Sorenson though. Seems to me a lot of axed HC DCs come back with a real vengeance and I'd rather not see them benefit from that particular rebound. But then I am in the minority who thinks Staley's one season as DC was not a mirage. I think he's a quality DC.
