they are successful with their 4-3/4-2-5 going to a new system is risky
but it is possible they are seeing if Staley can marry 4-3 with Fangio . but I doubt
they will hire him ... they went out of house with Wilks, seems like they will
stay with one of their guys ...
just my guess - their LBer or DB coach will get it
