Shula has another experienced defensive resource there if he needs it. If he can dynamically tie these guys all together as a leader he should have a good chance to succeed. It will still come down to his own ability to ensure defensive gameplans are up to snuff and all that. But it sure does help to have quality under you. I always say that as a leader you are only as good as the leaders you have under you. So I am glad to see him brought in.
