[overthecap.com] shows Robinson's cap hit as $4M. What this meant is that his incentives are considered not likely to be earned (NLTBE). The cap significance of this is that if Robinson does end up earning any of his incentives he will be paid this year but the cap hit for those incentive payments will apply to the 2025 cap.

If he had any incentive that were considered likely to be earned (LTBE) they would count against the 2024 cap today. And then if for some reason he didn't get that incentive the Rams would have that amount rolled over to the 2025 cap.
