McVay is doing what great HC's do......Let go of the "EGO" and allow other coaches to coach......Also, self evaluate yourself and don't be stubborn, know where you can improve and accept the fact that you can hire coaches to "HELP".
Simply put.....McVay want's to WIN!.......His motivation is all about "WE NOT ME!".....Where can I improve as a HC....Where can my players get better.
