This is what I love about Sean McVay. He goes right into the off-season self analyzing and makes adjustments. His ego isn't so inflated that he shys away from this process, instead he whole-heartedly embraces it. Good times to be a Rams fan, with this regime. They do things the right way.

It's a GREAT time to be a Rams fan! McVay has been a blessing and I hope he stays a Ram for a very long time.

He's not perfect but who is? I also like the way he addresses issues head on. He has a vision and will do whatever it takes to see it through.

McVay might be my favorite Rams coach ever for multiple reasons. McVay is a winner! We know it and so does the rest of the league. That's why he might be the most "raided" coach in history!

#HelmetHornsMatter

“Well, the color is good, I like the metallic blue,” Youngblood recently said while laughing, via NFL Journal. “The horn is terrible. It looks like a ‘C.’ When I first saw it on the logo I honestly thought it was a Charger logo.

“Now when I see it on the helmet, it just isn’t a ram horn. There is no distinct curl like a mature ram horn. I don’t know how the Rams could get that wrong. That is your symbol and it has been for what? Seventy years or more? Longer than I have been alive? It’s just not us, it’s not the Rams.”---Mr. Ram Jack Youngblood

In theory, this ‘clock management’ could really help McVay…
