Theoretically, that’s true.

But I am of the belief that there is a ceiling for Dotson’s services, and certainly a ceiling beyond which the Rams will not go.

So, if I’m right, there are a few more millions available for the likes of players like Dotson. Whether or not he will get them from the Rams remains to be seen, of course.
