I mean, just because you might lose people doesn't mean you simply promote them.
It is likely that some of the people that get poached will not do well in their new positions. But, losing them for their current positions where they do succeed, still creates voids that are hard to fill.

There needs to be a limit on this. Or, the Rams need to adopt a tougher view and just say "no".
