I honestly don't know exactly how it might be structured, but something needs to be done with NFL rules that don't allow enormous chunks of one's staff to be poached every year.

It is nice that the Rams staff is so highly thought of.... a huge compliment to McVay. But it is just unfair to have this happen year after year. Stability matters.
