The last defensive play of the Super Bowl vs. the Bengals is a good example.

If AD is one step slower (I think he ran 4.68 at the combine), maybe the Bengals win the rings?

Today at the combine:

"Braden Fiske with a 4.37 short shuttle. Remarkable time.

For perspective, Aaron Donald posted a 4.39."

All else being equal, the faster the player the better.
