Time will tell but there's always the possibility poaches could happen at any time as we've already seen. There's no guarantee that we'll get "a few years" with anybody, except the head coach himself, as we've already seen.

Greg Olson was the Quarterbacks coach with the Rams for one season (2017), and then was promoted to Offensive Coordinator with the Raiders in 2018.
Matt LaFleur was the Offensive coordinator with the Rams for one season (2017), promoted to Offensive Coordinator with the Titans in 2018 and then Packers HC in 2019.
Tyrone McKenzie was Asst. Special Teams with the Rams for one season (2017), and then to Inside Linebackers Coach with the Titans in 2018.
Chris O'Hara was Offensive Assistant with the Rams for one season (2021), then promoted to Quarterbacks Coach with the Vikings in 2022.
Marcus Dixon was Asst. Defensive Line with the Rams for one season (2021), then promoted to Defensive Line with the Broncos in 2022.
Dwayne Stukes was Special Teams Asst with the Rams for one season (2021), then promoted to Special Teams Coordinator with the Broncos in 2022 (he was fired after one season)
Kevin O'Connel was Offensive Coordinator with the Rams for two seasons (2020-2021), then promoted to Head Coach with the Vikings in 2022.
