First, it’s probably a good thing to bring in a fresh DC after 3 years and this next guy will be McVay’s 4th after 3 DC’s in 7 years. The first 3 all did well despite running things differently from each other.

Second, McVay should have his pick of the litter from ALL available DC candidates. And Stan will make sure that their salary will not be a stumbling block.
