He was a hoot! LOL I still remember him face planting on the Living Room floor after Stabler hit the game winning TD on "The Sea Of Hands" play. He LOVED watching the NFL. But I will say this......When the NFL started TALKING about a strike in 1982, I vividly remember him saying....."If those A Holes strike, I am DONE with the NFL! Well.....They did it and he was DONE! He never ever bought another NFL shirt or game ticket and did yard work on Sundays instead of watching. He DID watch a few Rams games with me. I was SO glad he was at the Sports Bar with me when we FINALLY ended the curse of the Niners 42 to 20 in 1999. And he came over for SB 34. He was 100% Gators / NCAA. I bet he's spinning right now because of how STUPID NCAA ball has become.
