Rams gave up a 4th round pick for Dotson. He played at an elite level. They can't lose him. They need to pay him.

You can't just let him walk and then hope you can find a close replacement. Good luck with that.

He's 27 years old. The O-Line is critical to the teams success and keeping Stafford healthy.
