I'd give Jackson a 2nd round RFA tender (at $4.6M) to return at LT while still very much keeping their options open to draft a LT as high as the 1st or 2nd rounds.

Release Noteboom and Allen (saving $9.9M in cap space). McClendon needs to be developed by Wendell to be able to be the new 6th man- which I think he can be.

Keep Shelton in place while drafting a center in the middle rounds.

Dotson? The big question mark... I am still in the camp that $15M+/year just is not going to happen with the Rams. That does not fit their "team build" strategy as Jourdan would say. If they're going to spend that kind of $$ it has to be for a high end Edge or CB. If Dotson is offered that elsewhere I think the Rams take the 2025 3rd round comp. pick and look elsewhere, believing Wendell and co. can coach up another RG.

Worst case scenario, you just franchise tag him. (nm)

The argument against that is continuity

  Naw. Dotson stays.
