I think Blackburns problem was communicating....

The guy was a top notch ST player in his career. I listened to his interview on YouTube a week or so ago. He knows the X's and O's about Teams.....I think he may have an issue with communicating it to his players.....MAYBE with another shot he may break through? All we know is it needs to be much better, and he said as much in his interview.
