For me, order of which comes first is important

Retention
Dotson, Witherspoon, Ernest Jones all come to mind
I'm sure there are others.

Free Agent ID
The window doesn't open for a while, but I prioritize the available list. or even the trade scenario (f them picks)
Noted in the thread is that a veteran edge player makes sense.
Kicker. Way up my shopping list. The cleanliness of the snap, hold, kick structure was a mess. Like 9 day old stink foot socks. Of course, there are some enormous legs I've seen in college. This is choice by pro personnel versus what the college scouts can assert.

Draft
This year may be one of the most extraordinary WR groups I've ever witnessed. The bounty seems to have no depths.
Again, for me, I'd take 2.
TBH, I feel that there's not enough pace coming up from the safeties, or OLBs to seal the wide side. There's also a fundamental lack of tackling there, too. Fuller, Hoecht, etc. Need a new, young beast.
