I'm not "down" on him, and he certainly could go in the second ...
I'm just not big on this class of CBs so would rather use FA money on that and address it later in the draft ... because while someone could reach for him in the second, I'd much prefer him in the 5th. And given the 20-30 or so middling prospects that are hanging around someone should be there.
Also a note ... CB for me is the biggest position for timed speed. So he comes out and runs a 4.45, and an under 7 3 cone or better he may start to stand out and climb.
