Packers did the same thing with Aaron Rogers.
We have bigger needs at #1, but if a legit guy drops to round 2 I wouldn't blame them for making a move to draft a future QB.

On the other hand, there have been a bunch of first round QB's drafted and discarded recently. There might be a worthy sign and sit guy available via this track.
